I am stumped and looking for assistance. I sold my 12volt remote kit and smart phone module to @Anhnguyen310 and we can't get the cell module to transfer over to him. I sent the transfer request through the app and it deleted the module off my profile. However it won't let him register the serial number. Anyone have an idea aside from calling 12volt since they are closed?

I appreciate the info. Also did they not allow to transfer over the service plan? I had 10 months left of service and thought it would transfer with the module.

No, that’s what’s sucks, the guy I had bought it from had quite a bit of service left as well, but they said no, it’s “their policy”

Is it a common problem trying to link the phone module to another truck? Got my kit 2nd hand today and buying phone module in the morning
