Retired the backflip and bought a used leer cap. Black cap on SSM truck don’t look too bad. Helps though with the high clearance black bumpers all around :D

Hey brother I just installed DEPO headlights as well on my 06. Did you have an issue adjusting them? My right one is pointed way up and I tried messing with the so called "adjustment knobs" but couldn't see any noticable difference.

I installed DEPO headlights yesterday. Adjusting them was a pain in the ass but mine DID finally adjust. Just keep turning the adjusters. The outer/lower knobs move the beam up and down, the inner/upper move left & right (barely)...It takes A LOT of turning to get them to move a minuscule amount. Most annoying part of the project by far imo.

No complaints thus far. Adjusting the beams correctly is crucial though, obviously. They seemed really weak until I got the beam direction dialed in. Still messing with them a little but I'm impressed so far.

Found a guy on Etsy that does vinyl decals, estimated custom dimensions for one of his designs to integrate with the TRD logo, and had a tint/vinyl wrap shop professionally apply it.

    Baby steps.

None yet, I used silicone sealant around the edge to try and keep the moisture out as best I could.

Yesterday ujoints and 3degree axle shims turned out the noise is a bad yoke. So I greased it put a zip tie on no more noise now hopefully while I’m in Colorado I can find a driveshaft for a RC but no luck so far without buying a new one which is what I may have to do. Hope my yoda limps home and makes it to mid month pay day then I can have a greasable driveshaft made. Yes I greased all my zerks but the slip yoke was not greasable.

Also bought a 9k badlands winch I’m going to try to fit into my ARB bumper and a new farm jack.
