As a professional alcoholic. The pro move right now is pedialite before bed.

 

Redbull before bed? Ok

 

Well gee, guess I’m moving this sandblast cabinet by myself tomorrow.

 

Honestly I can break it down like this.

Any liquor is fine. Stick to one color, I.e if you drink brown liquor stick with that, clear liquor ect.

If you are drinking red bull and vodka? Fine. Stick with that and don't change.

Water throughout the evening, make sure you have your coffee that day too, don't forget this cause that hangover will not be gratuitous if you haven't had it.

Spinning in bed? Go throw up, or put a hand flat on the wall or a night stand.

Grease soaked food in the morning. Gatorade, advil and a nap always is good.

If you can afford it, NOTHING beats a Banana bag in the morning.

 

My teeth are stained red from wine. I literally am a professional alcoholic, its how I make my living. I rarely over indulged these days but stuff I've learned over the years to hopefully help you aspiring alcoholics.

Beer is a huge waste of time vs consumed amount.
