    Sounds good man.

I was wondering the same thing. Looks like a pack of some sort. On the video page, it says the guy doesn't know what it was, so I guess we'll never know :(

Sweet, keep an eye on this thread, we're still deciding which trails to hit. Any suggestions?

I haven’t see any conditions of the trails, so not sure which ones we are capable of running or which are open

    I was thinking basically this:

    https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/1049-3n16-holcomb-valley

Because I'm not sure what the conditions are, and there may be mud and snow, this might be more "difficult" than just the 1-2 it's rated for in the summer.

Also the fact that I'm not sure what experience level and equipment is in the group, it would be a good idea to stick to easier trails.

We could do that, and there are some off-shoots and surrounding trails we could explore once we're up there and have a better idea of the trail conditions.

Although I've never run this trail before.

I think that it would be best to start with Cleghorn Ridge. It will be on the drier side of the mountains and passable unless a freak storm drops 30" of snow in the area tomorrow. As the trail goes on there are lots of spurs that offer varying levels of difficulty for those interested in a challenge. We can decide where else to go after that and some of the other trails may be impassable if their is enough snow on them. There may be some trial and error involved in finding another trail to hit up. What is everyone else driving? I'll be in a regular cab Tundra on 34" tires, 4x4, rear locker, and lifted about two inches in the front. Would anyone like to be a passenger and split the gas/driving?

Let's meet up here. As for a meetup time, how about 0900?

I do not know; with the way they were driving and acting I had no desire to stick around and talk to them.

I'm good with this plan. It also has the benefit of avoiding any Big Bear traffic.

    I'm in a DCLB, 4X4. No locker.

Sweet! I think cleghorn is a good option, we can even do pilot rock after.

I have a 2018 TRD sport with 32" tires, 2.5" lift, and sliders.

Thanks guys! I was planning on taking the Coxey Truck trail 3N14 from Apple Valley into Big Pine Flat but I figured I'd tag along with y'all to be on the safe side.

Shoot me a text or call in the morning if you're running late or anything. Otherwise we should be planning on hitting the trail between 0915-0930, once everyone has arrived and aired down and is ready to rock!
