For a private party sale, all that's required is a DL or other gov't issued photo ID. I'd be hard pressed give more than that unless you really want that particular gun.

 

Shit.. That’s right, PMR closes every winter. Should be back open mid/late March.

Flag pole should be open. Keep an eye out for the hunters up there.

 

He wants it because if you have a voter ID card you can't be a felon. Unless of course you became a felon after getting the card. If you have a CC license then it does the same thing. If he really wants to make sure you can meet at an FFL to do the transfer but that normally costs $25-35.

 

It's not closed because of winter yet, just because of the shutdown. Thanks for the heads up on the hunters.

 

Think proof of my voter registration info online will prove that as well? I can access it and it says I'm a valid voter. I also have a recently cleared FD background check.

It's all whatever he's comfortable with. There is no law that says he needs to see your voter ID card. He's just trying cover himself.

Yep.. 4 tracks from 4 different POOs and 4 different POI's. 107mm but all just outside the embassy compound.. I do technical security and had to retrieve some video footage from several different cameras from around the compound that showed impact footage.

So AZ blew me away in terms of expectations vs. what i got! Totally expecting just warm desert, and got cool weather, snow, and A-10s as a fly over as we are preparing to leave.

 

With private sells I insist on a VA id ,CCW and a signed bill of sale. Its not required by law ,but I do it for peace of mind.
