Lol ok. I’m pretty lean, but strong. It will be a good experience for me. Another member mentioned overtightening the top nut so they don’t spin while using.

Are there exact torque specs for the upper and lower bolts/nuts? I saw 17ft/lbs for the top and 75ft/lbs for the bottom

Installing mine on the 97 taco with the SoloMotorSports LT kit and running into an issue with the axle contacting the bottom of the coils. Anyone else have this issue with the bolt on 8" coilovers? Any ideas how to fix it, quick and simple?

Also, I'm struggling to find a good mounting location for the resi. I'm thinking that I'm going to have to go up and over the UCA and mount the resi at like a 30 degree angle... Or mount it to the body with the hose running up over the UCA. Any suggestions? THANKS!!!

Yeah the misalignments are definitely one of the thoughts I had. Hopefully that will be enough to get it out of the axle's way! Hmm curious to see if anyone else has this combo and ran into similar issues...

Finally put my rears on. Only issue besides doing it for my first time and being slow (2hrs), was that I may have mounted the passenger side reservoir bracket a tad low because the hose is a little tight against the frame. I would hate to drill 4 more holes a 1/2” higher, but if it comes to it it’s not the end of the world.

I definitely need new rear bump stops because the distance between the shock fully compressed and the stock bumps is about 1” less.

Drove around the neighborhood and could tell the ride was a lot smoother. Any recommendations on good bump stops not too pricey please advise.

    Lots of expensive shit
The hoses are pretty resilient. They also look a little twisted, crack the fittings and twist the hose to flow a little smoother. Dont have to loosen the fitting much, sometime you can even just get a wrench on the crimp side and move it some. Should solve your problem.

Good to see you finally got the rears!! I messed up where i placed my reservoir bracket and just moved it but as you said before you didn't like drilling into the frame. It does look a little kinked you can twist the hose by loosening it or move the bracket back further. Once I get my money back from returning my other bumps I am going to try All pro plate with super bumps.

I am buying the standard euro bumps for the rear because the plate is skinny, not going with the u-bolt flip...im not that hardcore :D.
I did move the bracket up and filled the old holds with JB weld and the inside of the frame with silicone

Seems like the u-bolt flip kit does vs the standard for some people with 2.5” shocks

I have the Wheelers flip kit and it’s far from the plate even when shock is collapsed.

I didn't measure from the hub, but rather the ground to fender arch. I have 37" on the front and 37-7/8" in the rear.

Basically, 1.5" lift in the front and rear +/- .5". That was from the previous TRD Pro suspension that I had.

Edit: I did not adjust any of the preload from ADS factory setting.

Oh nice, it looks really good.

I have 7/8” of threads showing and that netted me 1.75” total in the front with my lo-pro bumper. I may end up lowering it in the future, but with the extended travel rears I can’t go any lower back there because there is only 4.25” until the shock is fully compressed. Makes me wonder if I should add that 3rd leaf back in

200 miles on my 2019, can't wait to get this lift on and have it not cluttering up my house!! This will be my first lift install and I had a few quick questions-

I'm wondering how far that I can drive without an alignment and not cause any damage to my truck after the install? The garage I'm using is far out of town and we can't do the alignment there.

Also wondering how much a full stock suspension will sell nearly new with UCAs, leaf pack, coils, and everything?

Did anyone have a difficult time installing the ECGS bushing? It looks pretty straight forward and I did purchase the tool.

    Thanks so much!!

You shouldn’t drive more than 50 miles without the alignment IMO.

As far as the ECGS bushing, realize that when you are taking the CV out it doesn’t want to come easy. Take a rubber mallet and a pry bar, or big screwdriver and cover the tip with electrical tape to avoid scratching the CV metal. There are some cutout knotches on the CV where it inserts into the front diff. You can put the pry bar on those knotches to help smack it out (away from the truck). There is a cinch lock type attachment in there that can be a bitch.

Diff fluid will come out. Make sure you put the right end of the bushing in. One side will be different than the other. There are two types of metal showing on one side. That side goes in first.

Make sure to top off your front diff with same fluid

Good luck. If you have any more questions a feel free

Thank you very much for the information. I will be driving between 50-60 miles so I will be pushing it..I may just have a dealer install it who can do an alignment, I don't think it's worth the damage on my car and I'm sure they can do it much quicker than me. I will be installing new tires and wheels about a week later as well, do you think they will have to do a second alignment? I hope I don't sound like a complete newbie to this but this has been the first time that I've ever started working on cars and so far it's only been basic things (fluid changes, breaks, basic maintenance).

I've watched a few of the ECGS install videos and that's pretty much what I figured I'd have the hardest time with. I have a buddy giving me a hand though so hopefully it won't be that rough.

Another thing that just came to mind, I'm installing extended brake lines. Will I be able to reuse my fluid being that it has no miles on it or will I need to purchase more?
