    2018 Manual Double Cab Short Box
    I ripped a ligament off a bone doing some reno work at home. Had reconstruction surgery a few weeks ago. The doctor drilled a tunnel though the bone to graft a tendon harvested from my arm to replace the destroyed ligament. Still have a few weeks before the pins come out. I don't know when I'll be able to drive again. I'm told it will be a very long and painful recovery.

    And this is why I hate home reno work. I'm quite happy to change spark plugs on my Subaru but hire contractors for my home.

    Make sure to up your protein, vitamin, and magnesium intake for healing.
