Houston is going to fire Applewhite, and any sane WVU fan should realize the guy can’t coach. He had his most stacked team since he inherited his best team (the one that humiliated Clemson..) and couldn’t make the B12 title game.

He won’t leave until after Jan 1. Buyout drops from 2.5 to 1.

Our AD is the previous assistant AD at Alabama (Shane Lyons), and our President is Gordon Gee (WVU -> Ohio State -> WVU). I don’t see us making a shit hire if he leaves.
