My kids are slowly moving out. And my wife has been the one in charge of planning our vacations. We have been through Europe been to iceland 3 times did the Disney Cruise with the kids, Scotland twice. I kind of put my foot down lmao. Said I'm buying a rtt and heading to newfoundland to see the whales. Told her she can tag along if she wants. I had to compromise. .... hotel room every 3rd night. But we have the time booked off work and set to go in may

 

My dad told me that they make huge fires like that in the Netherlands on new years .

 

Nice! That’s how my girlfriend and I did it. Still have to go back out east for Newfoundland and Labrador though.

 

We have been as far as Halifax with the kids. My wife has drove West to edmonton with me a couple times when I was pipelineing. But I feel as if I owe it to myself to see my whole country before I see the rest of the world.

My family is from the Netherlands . I was born here. Had a chance to visit there in may when the tulips were in full bloom

 

Same as me...my family is from Sheveningen. Been a few times, latest in spring of 2015

 

Mom is from groningen and dad is from drente. Wife and I went to amsterdam for a few days on a lay over. Best thing was the kuekenhof lol. And seeing the bicycles, holy shit. They are every where lol

Mine is my daily driver too and I'm not about to take any chances with it either, but I do have a couple old CJ's that used to go off road and will again if I can find the time to put them back together.

 

How about you and me and a dozen of Molsons best take my wife's challenger on some of those trails? At least my tacoma won't be hurt lmfao

So the car-lashes don't scare you but the fact it's a Jeep does?

I hope I won't be driving this Jeep Compass any longer than necessary. Having to manually disable engine-start-stop every time you drive is a pain in the ass.

 

I got my ARB skids on with the help of my son,glad he was around to help.
