    This morning I woke up and decided to put the remote start and 4g module in my truck. I watched the videos a few times in anticipation so I was prepared. All I can say is WOW . I didn't rush . Took me about a half an hour start to finish. Awesome deal on an awesome product. I thought I was missing something for the install so I called Jimmy. Instantly connected and talked me through what turned out to be my own misunderstanding. Jimmy is a solid guy offering top notch customer service for a great product. I am happy as a kid on Christmas now I don't have to sit in a frozen truck and wait for it to warm up. Best upgrade to my truck so far and so easy to install. I can't say thank you enough.

    Exactly right. I went in with a 10mm socket on a ratchet. A Phillips head screwdriver . A wire cutter/stripper and my cell phone if I needed video support . So easy for such a great feature. Temps in the teens and single digits are normal in the mornings. I won't be cold or waiting for the defrosters to clear ice off my windshield.

    People with smart modules, please make sure to put it in the rocker panel bulging portion close to the drivers left ankle, simply drop it in there long ways up so that it sits vertically on the connector (connector is between the floorboard and module itself) for optimal performance and signal, then just stuff the extra slack in. Nothing needed to mount, and easy to access when needing to be serviced. This has been proven to be the best spot.

    For the guys that live in really cold parts of the country, don’t forget, leave not only your heater on but seat warmers and windshield defroster! (Manually with your hands of course). They don’t reset when you’re done driving for the day and turn the truck off for the last drive of your day! Make the most of this!
