I’ve never used a pizza pan or other pizza specific thing.

I put my pies straight onto the grates, and they’re consistently the best pizzas I’ve ever had as far as crust, flavor, and texture go.

    Homemade, too.

Wow! That's a helluva score! Your bottle or someone else's? What's the story behind the acquisition? I have a two bottles of Old Rip Van Winkle 10 year and have had the 12 year Lot B with a buddy, before, but I've never had any of the Pappy's, let alone the 23.

I'm going to pretend I didn't read the diet-rite cola part. That's like cooking a wagyu ribeye to well-done ;).

10-4. I just don’t see myself getting one anytime soon. I like using the coal.

I'm old enough that I'm over never having too many things, and I'm a pack rat. Or was. I'm trying to downsize on the things I don't use, plus I'm retired and trying to sell my HVAC inventory. No one I have contacted has even came to look. But they would come next week...that was 3 months ago. :(

Wait just a damn minute. Someone has reactivated Zach's account and is posting delicious food from it.

I know absence makes the heart grow fonder and all, but regardless, that's one hell of a splash to make upon returning!

He “didn’t” tell me to just buy a new one and return the old one because he’s not supposed to tell us that.

Honestly just based off the 2 people I’ve talked to for Traegers customer service, I would 100% buy their products again.

I'd like to know more about this. I'll do some Googling, but would that make my Traeger Pro 22 hold the correct temperature?

My brother was standing in the right place in line (last) to get one of the 2 bottles allocated to Chicago this year :)

He briefly considered selling it but cracked it open to celebrate his 1st kid being born lol

I don’t usually mess with likker unless it’s the peach brandy/shine my relation turns out annually so it may have been wasted on me lol. It smelled very strongly of vanilla and I will say that it went down smooth :)

And we definitely did not mix it

Nice. Smoking wings for Sunday night dinner has been a weekly occurrence at our house for some time now. They never get old!

Ok, but now you are waiting for parts? That sux. But as was said, nothing new is 100% perfect.
What are you doing with your meat that's ready to cook?

I have a used twin exhaust blower. It's not real big. It's a spare I have, the one in my shop is staying there. ;) It's yours for shipping cost if you want, PM me.

It’s not going great. Thing keeps fluctuating wildly from 200-350+. And it’s set to 225. I just don’t get what’s happening. I’m about to go back to Costco and be like what the fuck
