    It's even in the grocery stores. In summer I like to keep some cold canned vegetables in the fridge as a snack and to help lower core temp and replentish fluids and minerals. Canned spinach works great. They now only stock store brand and no Del Monte. And even store brand runs low. I'm just going to start buying it by the case when it goes on sale.

    The 15FWY NB towards Vegas looks like a parking lot . Checked the traffic heading there and right now almost 4 hrs to travel 196 miles which usually takes just over 2 hrs !!!!
