Of course they blew horn for 5 minutes... waste pro drivers are too lazy to just get out and move the can to where they can dump it and move on...

(I work for a competitor here locally)

I like that. A handful of pocket change taped to the driveline is always a winner too.

The issue was he couldn't squeeze the truck through the 2 parked cars on either side of him. Have to say though, these guys are pretty good about getting out to line up the can for the arm or grab piles. Besides, the roving metal scavengers usually grab the big stuff before pickup. :D

In my neck of the woods residential trash collection is done with rear loaders, and manual labor.

Way back when I was a pre-teen and a teen, almost every vehicle excluding Semis and service vehicles, had hubcaps. I remember may guys my age used to pop the hubcap off cars, put a hand full of gravel in the hubcap, then replace it. It would make a hell of a racket and likely sent more than 1 car to the mechanic for repair.

Shame the folks that park so poorly don't all have hubcaps today.

Enough to make it a lot of fun!
Saw this today when I was picking up food for the cat.

    20181231_142859.jpg

Then the white Ford behind the jeep blocked the suburban in so he couldn't leave. The suburban is in an actual spot. Somebody was nice enough to leave the jeep driver a not calling him a d-bag.

This guy actually got out of the truck, looked at the lines, looked around the lot and walked inside.

The people being blocked from charging their vehicles are not involved with Tesla's operations & politics any more than you & I are with Toyota Corp's operations. If it's not against their corporation as a whole & more about the individual owners then taking exception to what someone else chooses to drive does not grant permission to impede their daily errands, to include charging.

1st amendment doesn't permit this childish behavior. Before they shotgun a PBR & raise a Confederate flag they should finish grade school & come back to the table as adults who can manage an argument with some sense.
