Lifted Regular Cab Highway RPM's?

    I am very close to purchasing a Reg cab 4x4. I am just curious what the rpm's look like at highway speeds. 70-75mph. thanks

    mine is an access cab but it should be the same. at 70mph i am at 2500 rpm in 6th gear.

    auto with 33" tires cruises at 2100rpms going 70mph (72 according to iphone tomtom gps software)

    avid offroad light-bar, URD short-throw shifter, fj steelies, 265-70/17 firestone destination a/t's, magnaflow 10425, tonneau cover, rear diff. breather mod, stubby antenna, debadged, weathertech digitalfit floormats, seat belt chime disabled, mudflap delete, buncha stickers
    reg cab 4x4 only have the 2.7 w 5spd, im all stock, at 70 im at 2.5k, didnt get a chance to get it up to 75-80, but if i remember correctly thats right around 3k

    Thanks for the info on the 2.7L's. I really wanna regular cab but I feel like if I lift it my highway ride is gana be horrible with the little 4cyl.

    Excuse me for not knowing every possible Tacoma configuration that is available! I must not be worthy of adding to this forum! Maybe the OP should post motor size instead of body style and he would get more accurate answers. What a great way to contribute to his questions! :thumbsup:

    3inch ready lift, tint, foglights,BHLM,dumped exh,rims,tires, and a dent in the bumper
    i have not driven the v6 but i have a 5lug lifted with 31's rockin the 2.7 and i believe its somethin in the high 2's at like 70-80 it aint bad at all. oh and its 5speed:D

    i got a lifted 4x4 reg. cab manual. im almost exactly at 3000rpms while doin 90mph. hope that gives you a good estimate.
