Who was going to charge you $1000 for install? o_O

I paid $450 for my entire lift to be installed with Dakars

    Go for it.

It’s good to know how to do things on your truck. Just take your time and don’t force anything.

I just installed these bad boys the other night. I should have done this in the first place

Seriously. I'm going without it at first but will install myself if needed.

Real easy to install, I bought new bolts and cut the old bolt off at the head, real easy to remove it then. Go to SPC site and get the instructions on adjusting them, torque to specs, go get it aligned. 1 day installation for new coilovers, arms, and alignment.

Allpro, but you can get everything at Budget Bolt and save about a $100 bucks. You can get all twisted up and they don't bend like the stock one's do.

If you go with a uniball, be sure you take care of it from day 1 or they can start to squeak, and it can get pretty bad. I started with dry teflon on my TC's ('09 gen2) on install day and once a month or so after and never heard a thing from them. You also want to be sure you keep them pretty clean in general.

Has AllPro managed to improve their reputation? If not, I wouldn't risk it unless I could walk in their door, hand them the money, and walk out with the product in hand and complete.

They were bought out by Trail Gear. Good luck.

This is what I want, but probably go with Dirt Kings arms.

I've had camburg's on every generation Tacoma with no problems. They make a great product.

For a generic heim joint end-link there is no way I would pay that price btw. I paid $90 a pair for high end heim jointed end-links I found on ebay. They were for my 350z, but he has a few sizes and they're adjustable, so you can fit them to your install. They were awesome on the track compared to stock, and they didn't clank going over bumps or leaving my driveway. I'll see if I can find the link and will update this post, but there were several folks with basically the same thing for the same price, so I'm sure a search would find em.
