Just look at the build thread
I did mine this way. It was super quick and easy.

Scope was bought, installed, and sighted in the last 48. Had the gun sitting, unfired, for a week or so in my safe.

Before you sbr that cz ,try another brace . The shockwave may be the cheapest ,but its horrible compared to the other brace choices for the scorpion currently available.

This is ny fav bolt gun. My ONLY complaint is I have the original version that takes Ruger mags and I wish I could have the newer one that takes Pmags. AFAIK it can’t be modified (bottom inlet metal had to be opening up on the receiver)

Yea that’s why I sprung for this one is because it was the updated version and accepted non Ruger mags. Never been a fan of the rotary magazines they make

Shockwave actually works well with a velcro strap actually used as it was "designed". But, I really like the CZ factory stock.

+1 on this. The tailhook is a awesome option as it’s not flexible like most others and has alenough enough area to act like a stock you know when you don’t use it as a brace which is what you intended to do mr atf

The Thompson AR pistol I won in a raffle came with a Shockwave:

    Thompso AR 1.jpg

The first firing told me I needed to replace it with something - hard on the shoulder, required a hex key to adjust, no slotted buffer tube so every time I adjusted it I was cranking it down on the buffer in (potentially) some new place and ultimately weakening the buffer.

I opted to go with the SBA3 - price and recommendations led me there. Swapped out the buffer tube with the one that comes with the SBA3 - quick process - and took it to the range. The SBA3 makes a huge difference - very pleased with it and didn't have to go through the Form 1 process.

They didn't stop, they just require the item to be on a firearm, to ensure no weird accessories get approved when their purpose isn't super clear. Extra restrictions for sure, but not undue tbh.

Well, if you don't understand the implications, I suppose it would seem like "no big deal".

So here are just a few scenarios:

What if you submit a whole firearm for a determination, the ATF says "it's an SBR", and you arent a class 3 holder?

How do you submit an 80% lower for a determination? It can't possibly be a whole firearm....

What if someone submits an existing accessory on a firearm, and ATF says "this is now a SBR".

Pure shitshow. If you think it's "no big deal" great....

Idk in the determination on bump stock they specifically stated this did not cover binary triggers. That makes me think they aren’t pushing the envelope past what POTUS asked them to do

There will always be and always have been gray areas with the atf until some idiot sends them a letter and brings in further heavy regulation.

I bought a gun that isn't black. The stock is made of this weird brownish stuff...I think it's called wood. Anybody here know what that is?

I went and looked at some guns today. I found a vortex viper scope I've been looking for, it was mounted to a rifle. So I asked if they would take it off and I'd buy it. They said they would so now I wait.
