I’m getting a toy tech leveling kit installed in the next week or so on my 17 off road double cab 4x4. It has the 2 inch spacers up front with the one inch block for the rear. I’m planning on keeping my stock rims for now and want to go with a bigger tire m/t. It currently has the 265/70/16 tires. What size tire should I go up to that doesn’t rub and will make it look more aggressive? Thanks in advance!!

I went 265/75/16 without lift. No rubbing

I have the tried and true 265/75/16s but am looking for an opportunity to go 255/85/16. Lots of reports of no rubbing on stock height and they’re a true 33” tire.

I am going 265/75/16 next week. I considered 255/85 but its skinnier (not good if you want more aggressive) and taller, which may effect gas mileage (more rotating mass).

I have 275/70/17 (32”) KO2’s on 1” lift all around. Only slight rub while flexed and turning on moderate trails.

In 255/85/16 I can pretty much only find aggressive mud terrain tread lol. The big drawback is most of those are E load tires. Heavier like you mentioned.

Thanks for all the info guys! I eventually plan to install some fuel krank 20 inch wheels with this leveling kit. Do you think I could fit a 33/12.5/20 with a leveling kit? I’m still trying to figure all this out! lol
