Well, the a$$hole who hit me in the parking garage didn’t leave a note- but tweaked the rear bumper enough I decided to replace with the ARB.

My understanding is the parking sensors will still work, but that the side collision/traffic sensors won’t. This is a 2018 TRD OR DC.

Is there a workaround? I’d love to keep that function if possible.

there is only one bumper I have seen on the market that will allow you to keep BSM and cross traffic alert.
Every other bumper will delete that option.

Thx for that. No work around? What bumper are you talking about that will allow you to keep that function? Thx!

I tried looking it up as I was writing my the post and couldn't find the company that makes it. If you need to know browse the other bumper threads and you will find it

As far as work around I saw someone on here about two years ago mount the sensors lower down under the bumper. It looked very odd and if you off road at all they will be gone in minutes.

Maybe if you get handy with a holesaw and open it up, cover with plastic sheet and that might make it work? But you'll be going into uncharted waters at that point.

C4 makes the bumper that maintains the BSM sensors.
