Yeah, it's a crock. Every time we actually do get snow, it either warms up before it's done and turns to rain so we go from 6 inches to 2 inches, or it warms up for the next few days after and everything melts. Then the temps drop down into the icebox again whenever it's sunny and clear, lol.

    Happy New Year all!

Well, I Hope everyone had a Great Christmas.

Mine didn’t go well because the week before I got caught in a pile up on 395S. No injury’s thank God.

I was the last of a 4 car chain. For some reason all my airbags went off and they totaled my truck because of that.

So now I’m in the hunt for another Truck. I'm not in a big rush, I haven't settled with the Insurance Co. yet. I’ve seen one 15 out there but that’s it so far.

There are 16’s and 17’s out there and seem plentiful but obviously pricey, and I'm a little Leary of the 16's.

If any knows a Sport or Off-road out there drop me a note.

    Thanks JB

Not good, but I'm glad you're alright. I'll keep an eye open but you travel much of the same area I do so we may see the same stuff.

Sorry to hear, glad you’re ok. I’ve been spending more travel time in Central and Western NY recently, I’ll keep my eyes open for you. If I was in your situation, I might find one in a non-salt climate and road-trip it home...

I’m very jealous of your trip/upcoming games but I have been crushing CA/NV Craigslist planning a trip out there this summer for an older 4Runner and the condition some of these old trucks are in is incredible.

Yeah the problem there is I would have to fly in and find a way to get from the airport to a hotel and then get to and from the cars I want to go look at. If I go visit a friend, I have a place to stay and can use them for transportation.

PNW has a lot of nice ones, too. When I was out there a few years ago I almost gave myself whiplash a couple of times when we'd pass some old piece of Detroit still in great shape and still being used as a DD. Haven't seen that many pre-Tacoma Toyota's since the 90's.
