im 28 and never had a pork chop lol. sometimes i wonder if im missing out

Eh, it's nothing to die for but can be pretty good.

 

Huh? Youve been missing out, yes. My favorite style is fried with white gravy on top over rice. Although marinated in italian salad dressing and grilled is a close second.

In the south, you can take just about any meat and fry it, pour gravy on it, and serve over rice/potatoes and be considered an expert chef.
