Evening everyone, my colon is good, got welfare cable TV. Got my colonoscopy done a year ago, no problems, see ya in ten years. There ain’t no why in Gods green earth I’m paying the cost of cable TV. We have the most basic package you can get, they call it the “doctors office package “. We get the golf channel, and some network crap, and the weather channel. I have friends that pay $135.00 a month for TV. It’s not that we can’t afford it, it’s the &)$&&)(88. Principle of it.I know, I know, I’m weird.

Pfft... Colonoscopy isn't bad. Having Crohn's, I'm on a first name basis with the staff that perform the test. FWIW, you do want to be asleep. I've had them awake. When the say "slight pressure", they really mean sharp stabbing pain. BTW, there are two lengths of scopes. Standard length for typical colonoscopies and the "XL" to get a look see in the small intestine... I wonder how I know... :anonymous:

Now if you want to know pain, think about having a bladder biopsy... (They don't knock you out for that) :annoyed:

Bottle Rocket Bazooka wars - older brother would shoot at us across the cul de sac..... you do develop reflexes that way.

Remember the Big Bang cannons - they shot Lego pieces wrapped in tape really well...

Come on now....."Think outside the box"..

Potato launchers   when you plant 3-5 acres every year...Irish heritage is Meat & potato's  The ammo is plentiful :p

Tape 3-4 ( depending how "good" you were ) tennis ball cans together, with a small hole entered in the bottom can....install either tennis ball or a potato down, fill small hole with accelerant and LIGHT

BB gun fights got ugly when one of the neighbor kids upgraded to a CO2 .22 cal pellet gun :duel: but then my Dad gave me a .177 pellet rifle..:infantry: crack and load while moving...poor kid never had a chance... when you are raised on 24 country acres bordered by a Riva'...…. the outside living is your life...:hattip:

I still have that 'lil .177 and a box of pellets just in case

Same thing here with the TV, we had free Cinemax and HBO this last weekend, taped Wonder Woman!! It was awesome, liked all the special affects and while I LOVED Linda Carter from my childhood this lady here rocked the outfit!!

i ditched cable mid-election a few years back. just couldn't take the commercials anymore. strictly streaming and no commercials. i only watch what i want to watch and i don't have to listen to annoying commericals. freaking magical

did you ever do the soup can upside down with a fire cracker taped inside in a bucket of water?
