Only reason this one is full is because it’s in a major metropolitan area. You’d only really need to use an SC when you’re on a road trip, and people don’t usually stick around when they’re done charging. Most SC’s are found on highways and interstates.

And if you use the Tesla nav system, it automatically routes you to an SC if you need a charge.

The Supercharger network is also expansive. Thousands of them across the country and internationally.

You don’t have to like Tesla, but you have to agree that it’s arguably good thing for the car industry. More electric and hybrid cars are on the road thanks to the competition of Tesla.

Like @eon_blue said, its a bay area thing, in LA its all lambos n shit...Electric cars are a cool concept, but I too agree the combustion engine is pretty nice.
Thats because you have to be a millionare to live there and you can easily afford to drive 80k+ vehicles. I dig deep sea fishing. So fun! I surfed in pacifica a ton off the pier, and fished off it a few times. The faralons would remind me too much of whats in the water with me when I surf when Im up there, but cool you go out there. Do your parents have a boat?

I was looking for a boat for myself, then decided that was a stupid idea. We take a party boat up from Emeryville. Some boat and same captain my parents have been using since the late 1980’s.

I have nothing against Tesla, I find the cars extremely boring and like most expensive things, just a tool for ones ego. People are paying for the status and newness, because the cars themselves are hardly luxury and incredibly limited compared to much cheaper vehicles. I have nothing against the competition tho. If they actually end up being better for the environment that'll be neat too.

Driving one is sooooooo much fun. I’ve driven all of the Teslas in exception of the semi, and both roadsters. The adrenaline rush you get when you get hit the accelerator from 0 is amazing. Just godly amounts of instant torque.

Benefits of having a stupid rich friend who works for Tesla. Haha.

I’ve played with ludicrous mode. It’s neat. But it’ll never beat the 1000hp corvette I drove,.. that’s just an animal

Kind of stupid, but how simple the Model 3 interior is and just seeing these supercharging stations everywhere just makes me feel like we’re in the future.

I had a Prius rental once, it was weird...flooring it you felt an initial punch like whoa this thing scoots, but 5 minutes later you're only going 45mph.

I wouldn't mind a hybrid as a commuter car, with how much I've spent on gas with my truck I deserve a break lol. Would be nice for trips around town LA traffic being what it is, not so fun in the truck.

It is really cool the first few times, I've driven a ludicrous speed 100d and really opened it up. But I think I'm spoiled, iv driven much faster combustion cars and the nonlinear feel of turbos spooling or the steady rising rate of supercharger has the Tesla beat everytime in smile factor at least for me.

Hybrid is a different animal than a fully Electric. Hearing nothing at all when accelerating takes getting used to, haha.

Stupid Civic Hybrid sitting in my driveway has a broken battery.

It’s not for everyone. I like the Tesla, but I like my truck more. Tesla is like the Apple of the car industry, you can’t do anything with them.
