Has anyone had an issue with inside condensation on any of their lights? My drivers side tail light and both fog lights seem to get build up inside the housings. Just bought my truck in June brand new so it shouldn’t be an age/wear issue. Waiting to hear back from the dealership...and yes I did wipe them down it is for sure inside the housing

I don't understand. You mean to say they're not supposed to collect water?

I have a goldfish swimming in my driver side head light.

Pop the light out, make sure the bulb holders are locked in tight. Also check the black breather caps are still in tact.

Well it’s been about a month and I’m still waiting to hear back from the “corporate service department”...I finally was able to get the dealer to acknowledge the problem since it has moved on to both fog lights, both tail lights and both license plate lights. Yesterday the passenger tail light and license plate light lense stayed foggy for 10 hours. They tried to tell me they are vented tail lights and they are supposed to do that, but my third gen 4runners lights are vented and I’ve never had that issue.

Its normal if you live in a wet climate. Heat from the bulbs draw moisture inside. Night comes, cools off and the moisture condensates.
As long as the bulb is removable, it happens. Thing is not sealed.

I used to have the same problem with another truck. For whatever reason the moisture never came out. Warmed the headlight on the outside, removed the bulb, used a shop vac to suck the water vapors out and made sure the bulb socket gasket is good. Fixed it.

Vapors mean water condensated. Somehow water got inside and now is stuck to the inside. Check the bulb socket gasket.

If it wasn't a 6 month old truck with 3k mikes under full warranty i would, but id rather let the dealership deal with it. This is more of a PSA/seeing if anyone else has this issue thread
