    I just talked to Tom in Chattanooga and they said I could do the Bilstein 5100 with wheel spacers and run 285/75/16 on my truck. They said there is no issue with wheels spacers as long has they are installed with red lock tie etc. what do you guys think??

    Down turn predicted in 2020 per some reports I read. GF's place last year increased 10% which was a substantial amount. Nashville is finally spreading out than building upward it seems like as investors and business move further outside the city for cheaper land.

    It is unreal...Honestly right now if you want to move San Antonio and Austin are the places. As i'm finding 500k-1mill in nashville for as little as 200-300k in those areas. Their housing market is projected to increase 10% though. Investment opportunity :cookiemonster:

    I think it's because of all the speculative investing in Nashville because of the tourism industry / Airbnb. I cannot tell you how many condos in my area are used as rental props. Even Zillow listings for certain "homes" are advertised as such as well. It's honestly gross. And the city only banned STRs in certain areas - where I live is still the Wild West.
