Do you want to conserve bed space? I always just used a tailgate pad or ratchet strapped them in like a dirt bike.

 

Anyone running a Detroit true trac or locker in their first gen rear dif? Do you know of the part number or a good price for them?

That's what I was thinking about doing. My buddy gas a rack like this so I might just steal design from his.

I was thinking about the tailgate pad, I havent decided on what I want to do yet... just looking at my options.

 

They work pretty good, probably your cheapest and easiest to take on and off method as well. They don't have the cool factor of your bike being mounted up above your bed rails but that seems like a really easy way to screw up your paint to me, loading and unloading it.
