If you find yourself in a bind, I've got a super duty and a car trailer. I could try to talk the wifey into a trip to Chincoteague..... I'm restoring a 140-year-old farmhouse and have a ton of shit that I should be doing this weekend, but the weather looks like it may be hampering most of it.

I’ll just turn OD off...I’ve towed a dual axle hydraulic dump trailer before without brakes, then loaded it with oak furniture and did ok, but that was a 2 hour drive.

You should be fine, you drive the Taco though you are going to go through 2 tanks of gas on the return trip.

Appreciate it, but I should be good with the taco or my dads truck. No sense in you making a round trip for nothing. If your in the area, we can definitely grab some lunch or a beer!

I already have all the gear oil to change the diffs, should be a good time to change after this.

Your Taco will hold up just fine.

@FadedComa @ovrlndkull @BravesTaco or @EatSleepTacos may try and talk you out of it after their experience but you got this champ.

For the story and the glory, I have to pick up the old yota with my new one. Using a GMC is just blasphemy.

Right on, I see you've got the dad option as well in case you decide don't want to flog the taco. Yeah man! I might be down in Tappahannock working on the house, but gimme a shout and if I'm around town we can grab some food/libations!

Jesus, I haven't been drunk in the fan for 10 years. Ok, maybe 8. Actually like 4 years ago.

:rofl::rofl: me too, me too. I always liked the bottom because it was scary. The fan always felt too whitewashed and completely overrun by VCU kids (which I married one btw). You don't get to hang out with people named "Satan James" at fuckin' Baja Bean Co.

Although, I have fond, very foggy memories of one of my best friends making me go to Mulligan's several times. Ah, who am I kidding, if anywhere had $2 cans and rail bourbon I was hanging out there.

That was one of the last bars in the city you could smoke in. I think that mulligans closed? Just the one on the southside is left.

Edit: I see that one closed too.

Yeah, they gone. I hung out at starlite with sooooome regularity. Empire was my bar. And McCormack's and Wonderland in the bottom.
