If you find yourself in a bind, I've got a super duty and a car trailer. I could try to talk the wifey into a trip to Chincoteague..... I'm restoring a 140-year-old farmhouse and have a ton of shit that I should be doing this weekend, but the weather looks like it may be hampering most of it.

I’ll just turn OD off...I’ve towed a dual axle hydraulic dump trailer before without brakes, then loaded it with oak furniture and did ok, but that was a 2 hour drive.

 

You should be fine, you drive the Taco though you are going to go through 2 tanks of gas on the return trip.

 

Appreciate it, but I should be good with the taco or my dads truck. No sense in you making a round trip for nothing. If your in the area, we can definitely grab some lunch or a beer!

I already have all the gear oil to change the diffs, should be a good time to change after this.

me too, me too. I always liked the bottom because it was scary. The fan always felt too whitewashed and completely overrun by VCU kids (which I married one btw). You don't get to hang out with people named "Satan James" at fuckin' Baja Bean Co.

 

Although, I have fond, very foggy memories of one of my best friends making me go to Mulligan's several times. Ah, who am I kidding, if anywhere had $2 cans and rail bourbon I was hanging out there.

 

Dont bash the Bean, I've met a lot of nice ladies there! But yes, you wont meet a guy named "Bottom Dave" at 3 Monkeys.
