    True. Many people run the 5100s hard, but it is also very hard on the shock from overheating. It is only a matter of time before I will need to upgrade I'm sure

    I can't say I've actually seen or read any experiences in folks with/without reservoirs having any differences..sometimes I wish I had not gotten reservoirs, like when I had to notch the mounting bracket for bumper support or now that I occasionally rub the resi's

    I'll probably go without reservoirs when I get coilovers and add them during the rebuild process if I decide I need them.

    I was really impressed with the on-road ride of my Kings. It was way better than stock.

    I think reservoirs are more for high speed off roading and none of us can say we do any high speed offroading:turtleride:

    I would agree. However, even at slowish speeds they compress a great deal over the amount of time we spend on trails. Still probably not enough to need the extra oil for cooling though.

    We don't even come close to heating so overheating should not be a problem

    Its a big ole grade 8 bolt. Could hold more than 100. 37 is crazy low to me.

    If I remember correctly I simply just snugged em down good, since mine is flipped I couldn't get a deepwell socket on it anyways so had to wrench them...I think...

    Yeah but the reservoir is really not for cooling a shock. A reservoir is mostly full of nitrogen to give you a little more control for high-speed applications
