I drive a TRD Off Road and wanted to ask. Is it worth removing it with stock Bilstein Shocks?
I usually do heavy mudding and some trails on weekends.

Yes, based on how often you wheel. On road handling will be more tippy. More of an issue with sharp turns. Highway will be relatively the same as with sway bar.

Pretty simple to put on and off, I say try it for a week or two and make your own decision.

    ^^^^^^^^^^^ This!

I fucking love it without the SB on my Sport for on road or off. No real change for tossing it into corners except with the ultra stiff SB in the Sport, I do get some body roll where there was none before. Not an issue for me.

Thanks! Did it in 15 min. Worked great on the trail. In my perspective, there's not much difference in the ride quality!
