Nice! That little left over is probably from a dealer emblem. Good looking family of Toyota there! If mine had come with the painted grille surround, I probably would still have it on. If he wants a chrome grille surround on black, I know who has one in good shape.

 

Right on! He likes the red one. But, if you see a radiant red bumper around holler. His came with a massive gouge in it, oh well.

Well I had a lot of energy earlier but it's all used up.

Gonna put some music on and maybe crack a brewski

 

Not at home soooo can do that yet.... but the weekend is coming

 

@MattCowsmasher - you still got your original rear bumper? Wrong red, but should fit, right? Could always be repainted first.

No sir I sold it when I got rear bumper put on, but yes should fit from a later model.

 

OK, I really DID do something. Just, not much. Had to run the truck back over to my buddy to adjust a window regulator which was pinching, and a trim piece he forgot. And I had to move to a new check book register! AND, I had to convert my BlackBerry to a new YellowBerry for the start of 2019. And, I had to go to the store, and the liquor store. AAAAANNNNNNND, I had to make like FOUR appointments for next week, including the RECALL Rear Spring Inspection for Little Big Red. (So glad I went back and registered this truck).



So, I'm making chicken fajitas, and the wife will make us margaritas, and SOMEHOW, I will survive this day.

Tomorrow, the Christmas inside and out comes down, and I have to hang pictures and art, and I have a guy coming to quote me some pool tile repair. I just don't know if I will survive until 3:30 Mexican Happy hour!

Think I will have a drink.....
