Funny because I keep 2 sets in metric and 2 sets in standard just because. I do a lot of measuring. Think I have at least a dozen calipers in the garage up to 24". Retired machinists never actually retire. I am a tool junky too. No matter where I fall down in the garage I can still reach a set of calipers.

I'm pretty good with numbers so I've been converting or using online app for years. First metric set. Not expensive but not dealing with precision measurements like you need too. :hattip:

Not sure why you didn't get the comment. It seemed pretty straight forward in asking you your opinion. Thank you for providing. My AJT fob dropped the key without an intervention yesterday. I guess I'm the unlucky one with a defect? Can't return in any economic reality as I'm in another country. Wanted it to work as it looks great but for me it didn't.... congrats if yours is working for you!!

It's a time consuming mod but well worth it. Check your 3rd brake light for leaks while your in there..

Let me rephrase that... do 887 fit on tacomas always? Like is there another OME 887 that may be a different shape and be meant for another vehicle? 2887 is the part number right?

What’s that between your driver seat and ebrake?

That switch will turn the lights on once hood is opened, right? I like that

Seems like a killer deal if you ask me but some of those gaming PCs are expensive. Brother just spent little over 5k on a setup.

Just did mine today. They make more of a difference to the looks than I thought they would. I was a bit hesitant about the install, and put it off for a few days, but it was reasonably straight forward.

Cut is the easy part, though I ended up going to a locksmith as it was cheaper than the dealer. Locksmith used an app on a tablet and a device they plugged into the vehicle.
First they need to get the truck to recognize the chip to turn the key, second to configure the fob to unlock/lock the doors.
