 That was actually one of the few sockets I wasn't missing out of my old set. Before it was stolen out of my truck box.

I have a mental illness where I can’t stop renovating. I can’t leave well enough alone.

Me too. It's just as bad as wanting to mod the truck, but easier to talk my wife into!

Considering side drive garage door openers..... Would make the difference not having that low hanging bar in the garage of traditional pull types. Taco barely fits, the shark fin and that bar are at the same height, so one perfectly square pull in will leave me finless. Next up would be the stupid vent duct running down the middle of the garage...

The only problem is for the cost of one I could buy two traditional chain drives.

Got a $50 Home Depot card as a gift today and got 6 sheets of osb. Then off to lowes to use my $15 lowes gift card and my lowes card for 5% off and get all if not most of the boards I need to frame up the temporary wall.

We got home and decided to start tackling this really bad panel job....which is easy to tear down, not so easy to fix up to a paintable surface. Open to ideas on how to fix the mess these glued on panels did to the drywall....:censored::frusty:

Got all the boards cut and my door opening measured out for the short run of my temp wall. Wife got the walls sealed and mudded. Sanding and paint tomorrow. Then the first bit of wall can go up and then begins measuring 6 times and cutting once for the 17ft run of wall. Relaxing with a cigar now.

Hooking up washer and dryer now. Got some cheap ones for now. Just checked the washer, ran fine, no leaks yet.

Not i gotta pull off this four prong plug off the dryer and rewire a 3 prong back the way its supposed to be.

Decided to take a break and make a pizza. Fired up the stove and all I smell is like a kerosene smell. Its an electric stove. Perused google to find out if you're doing any painting the oven will heat up the fumes and make a kerosene scent.

Measure twelve times, cut three. Thats how it goes right?
Measure two boards short and three boards long, accidently cut an extra board because I forgot about the opening for the door. And I measure the whole wall like 6 inches short so Ill have to frankenstein another section in.

I'm tapping out for the night.
