No I didn’t. I purchased through katzkin and they made me an appointment with a certified katzkin installer here in LA. It took them less than 2 hours to install.

If I did it, it would’ve taken all day haha.

 

That is what I would do if I could afford to buy those seat covers. We have a guy in town here that does car upholstery. He is good at what he does.

 

Thanks for the heads up! I bought the V4s since they were available at the time but then lucked up on the limited edition switchbacks he made (same day my V4s were delivered coincidentally). Fortunately I have a local buddy who wants the V4s and we’re gonna try to install ours this afternoon.

Thats a cheap foam pad from ebay , is to prevent that thing that fell out of the pocket when you are sitting gets in between the seat and the center console, it really works

 

62 on the windshield, 10 on front windows and 15 over the factory tint in the back

Thanks man! I wanted to share in case others were interested in this same TUFSKINZ product. This way they can see it installed. I had been debating making the switch but I’m glad I did. It really makes the lettering of TACOMA on the Glove Box stand out now. Even with my Barcelona Red Decal Inserts I had installed before, the letters still were kind of hidden. I’m really liking the embossed look!

 

I'm definitely gonna take a look at those products. I think it looks a lot better than stock.

Made an appointment to get my 3rd brake light looked at. Went to the car wash yesterday, and it was like a waterfall coming out of the headliner. Been to the same place a few times before, and hadn't had a problem. I'm guessing the low temps in the 0s, and highs in the 20-30s for a week was too much for it.

 

Installed the TRD Cat-Back this week and just hit 500 miles.

 

Very nice upgrade.
