Here ya go. Those metal sleeves slide right in. One thing I noticed, when I took the sleeves out of the old ones they became egg shaped. This made it slightly more difficult to press the new knobs on. However, with enough pressure, anything fits.

Sorry for the late response. Some jackass decided he wanted to occupy the same spot on the road as my work bucket truck... at 9:40pm when I'm done work at 10... 1/4 mile from the shop. No damage to me or my work truck. His got fucked up though.

Now, it's hard to believe that some/most 2nd gen owners laugh at 3rd gen radio knob mod... smh

After frame replacement, I went back to stock since I had to cut off Slidders also. I decided not to wheel this truck anymore.

Morning yinz. I'm looking for some TW assistance. Anybody live close to the Johnstown, PA area, or happen to find themselves close to Spangler Subaru for any reason? I'm trying to wrap up a months long search for a DCOR, and I've found one that tics all but one of my requirements. (Spruce Mica is the requirement I'm falling short on but don't know how long I may have to wait for that unicorn to appear.)

There's a super low miles, Pyrite DCOR at Spangler Subaru that I would really like a visual rust analysis done on. I'm down in Richmond, Va and thanks to a 5 year stretch in WV, am super wary of northern/salt belt trucks. I'm going to contact the dealer for some more photos but if anybody would want to swing by and crawl around under it a little for me I could Venmo a little scratch, or ship some beer or something to say thanks. I'll link the add to this post.

I'm not super far from them. I'm about 32 mi from there. I would check it out but I dont know when I can get down there. It may be two weeks until I can get down there.
