One of them started leaking so sent to Texas (Icon doesn't do them) to have both rebuilt. This was about 2 months before the first trip to Moab. Didn't have time to look around and get them done locally or do them myself although I understand that is possible. Just didn't need any issues before (or during) trip. Cost about $300 to include shipping if I remember right. Read of similar issues with other peoples Icon's. Have put around 25k on them since then and no issues.

i've been telling people i've got wheelers bumps, i've got timbrens that originally came from wheelers.

Yes, they are only 215 with the flip kit. They are better for running a 11” travel shock

 

Just had my first contractor call me back with a lump sum type number. It's actually really close to what I was expecting/wanting so that makes me happy. Still wanting to see what the others come back with obviously and for this one to break out an itemized pricing for me, but things are moving forward.

 

Well the last one I did they didn’t even touch it. I closed up and put in the bag.

 

Hey for you high clearance bumper guys, how did you weather proof the exposed bedside metal from the chop? Weather stripping? If so, what kind did you use?
