I'd actually appreciate it more if the Indian folks at the other end of the help lines just said my expectations were too high rather than just placating me with nice sentiments that don't lead to a result.

Most the time we dont have the parts, we work on damn near every manufacturer fridge so its hard to stock everything.

Seriously, I was out a phone for 2 months and they wouldn't/couldn't do anything except tell me that they were working *very* diligently in hoping to find my lost phone. They never offered me a different device (I suspect they just swapped for a refurb because they told me I would lose all my data anyways)

 

Plus I had to open a claim with FedEx who after weeks of bickering confirmed that LG had had the device the entirety of the time that LG blamed FedEx for losing it

 

Guess I'm gonna take some parts to be cleaned. Think I'll be nice and bring my machinists some donuts.
