    Although at the moment all my vehicles should pass but for awhile I had a Subaru with a check engine light (smog related) that I couldn't figure out.

    What a hassle that would be.

    If I lived there I probably would have done a diesel swap a long time ago to take advantage of my endless supply of used fryer oil I have access to. I'd be sooo screwed.

    Used cottonseed oil from frying at work. I'm a chef manager at tech company. It's not super high volume so we only go through about 4.5 gallons per week.

    Oils preferred by Asian spots are best.

    Anything lard-based that doesn't freely flow at room temperature needs to be heated at the tank, and that's something I'd avoid.

    Man...back before I learned to work on cars my uncle gave me one of those. I let it sit on the driveway. Exterior of the car looked good for its age. No fading clear coat or anything. But the city kept fining us because the car was “an eyesore”. Ended up donating the car which caused even more problems. Wish I kept it. Would have been great if I got it running.
