yeah, that's what mine did in D. Though the rpm's dipped way under 500 likely because of the load on the engine in D and my foot on the brake. Just conjecture there.

please note, this is not a shit on ovtune post nor were my previous postings. This is how things improve, by showing where they're broken. mat has one truck to test on. he can't test all scenarios on all trucks. Glad to hear he's working on it and am looking forward to the update.

And those M/T guys and 19 AT guys should appreciate us being the guinea pigs working out the bugs.

My only idle problem was present stock with turning the wheel. Went away after tsb. Updated from 1.04r 91 to 1.05 93 without any idle problem and the shifting is perfect so far.

Some aftermarket headunits support OBD2 comms to give you system status on your radio.

Just flashed to 1.05 91 on my 04B03. Initial thought like many have said is extremely smooth shifting. I am really liking it. Thanks.

FWIW on 1.05 I still get the rpm slight jump when initially turning the wheel. Happened with stock, so not really too concerned. 2017 04b03.

I submitted a ticket (as instructed by mat earlier today to do so for everyone with the idle issue).
But I also am not super concerned. And I don't plan on flashing to stock. It still is awesome, compared to anything else.
If he fixes it, it'll update then.

Hey @OVTune I flashed my truck from 04B04 to the latest revision of 1.05 (91) and noticed when I "identified" the ECU afterwards that it was still indicating 04B04 as the tag. Swore I read somewhere that 1.05 was going to modify the ECU tag to show 1.05? Triple checked that I flashed 1.05 and it even drives different so I know I flashed the correct file. I don't see it as an issue, my curiosity just struck me for a moment. Anyone else seeing the same thing?

Sitting in my truck right idling. Are you sure the slight rev from 600 to 85 is not from the ac cycling? Yup, just turned off the ac and no more idle fluctuation?
This tune is awesome, I love the quietness, the smooth shifts in every gear, and as mat said a useable 5th and 6th gear. I drive a lot of miles on the highway. I took the long way to get my check. Excellent!

I think the AC kicks in and out in during defrost and has some run time when climate control is in auto mode.

Mine does it with everything completely off and the selector on feet. So I know it's not cycling the a/c compressor

What brand headunit is that and does it still let you use all the functions like volume control and next song on the steering wheel?

That was the Kenwood DDX9905s. I have since moved on to a Pioneer unit.

Steering wheel controls were retained using Maestro module.
