Possibly. After Mojave Road my leafs were sitting negative with just the RTT. I'm hoping these last me just long enough until I get some Deavers.

I'm sure the shocks will get over-extended. Just hope they last until I can do a shock relocate as well.

I need to as well sadly. One day I'll get farther North where it's greener. It's crazy how many random roads and trails run through Nevada.

Damn, makes we want to drive there again. Maybe I will see that scenery again if I get on volunteer list for Expo West. :fingerscrossed:

I think you just read my mind. As long as work doesn't ruin my plans I'm up for it!

I need to get started on the Southern half before it gets warm again.

Yup! Realistically April is the best time for the Southern half with 70's during the day. But then you might have to wait until July for all of the snowpack to melt up North.

My focus this year is all about trips. Death Valley and the Southern half of the AZBDR in February, Barracks trail in April, SUT in May, Enchanted Rockies trail in July. I wasted my first 2 years living out here and if we move back to Texas next year then I have a lot to see before then...

I'm looking forward to it. It's so close to me so I'm sure I'll be making a few trips out with how many people talk about how awesome it is.

Family is the only reason we want to move back. But if it was only up to me I'd definitely stay West of Colorado. We'll see though, still not 100% sure what we're going to do yet.

Yeah, I'd be okay with 7-8 hours. Problem is we're about a 24 hour drive away right now.

Unfortunately we won't be going by either of those locations this first go-around. But they're definitely on the list of things to see!

Thanks! Kind of threw it together based on what I remembered being out there. I'd love to spend an entire week going through everything, even though that's still not enough time I'm sure.

Trying my best. Like I told Ben, I wasted my first 2 years out here. Trying to play catch up. There's just so much to see.

So I was about to order a new soldering iron for some wiring I need to do, and I found these. Not sure if everybody else already knows about these but I can't wait to try them. Seems like it will make wiring so much easier.

i used some from oreillys the other month to redo my trailer harness. they werent as fancy with the built in solder. they were nicer than regular crimps though. helped keep it one place and snug feeling.

Yeah, I never use crimps anymore. I've just been soldering all of my connections for the past few years but it takes longer. With these having solder integrated I think it's pretty awesome.

i dont mind solder but without a pair of those helping hands its annoying as fuck to do trying to hold 2 wires and the gun and not burn fingers

Exactly. 99% of my wiring is done with the component already installed in the truck so I can get an idea of how much wiring I need to add. Makes soldering such a pain.
