A bunch of the same stuff everybody else has already done.
Got 113k on my 03 3.4. Just had the rear main seal and gaskets done. New water pump and timing belt at 108k. She should be good to rock for awhile and runs smooth as buttah

I just had knee surgery yesterday and hobbled down and took this one. Out with the new and in with the old. I am funding the build with sales proceeds will try to document the process getting old and busy!

My 2001 had 234k when I sold it last year. Girl I sold it is on her way to 300k.

The shop I usually take my trucks to had a guy whose 3rd gen 4Runner made it to 409k before his 3.4 gave up the ghost.

Original motor?! That’s impressive to see that low miles on a first gen!

Yup, I actually picked it up stock with 24,500 on the odometer in 2016. Put a lot of miles on it since then lol.

I have 212,000. I just re-built the front end before Christmas. Before that the only thing I have ever done is change the two front rotors and brake pads. I took it to get a front end alignment and they said I needed lower ball joints. So I decided to re-do everything on the front end. Changed upper, lower balljoints, inner and outer tie rods, front wheel bearings, steering rack bushings, control arm bushings, sway bar and end link bushings, cleaned radiator also changed oil and filter, transmission fluid and filter. Worst part was the wheel bearings. I am going to do the rear brakes, carrier bearing and u joints next. Dave

Nice! Maybe I could give ya a call in case I need to do any of that with mine? lol Got an 02 Prerunner with around 172k on it. Bought it with about 80k on it so not sure what was done before but just getting ready to do the 1st change of front brakes and rotors. Gonna see if I can notice anything else that might need replaced while the front wheels are off the ground. I don't wheel my truck or drive it hard so the underside and components honestly look almost new! Love ma truck! :p
