I was just asking at this point. I was just referring to miscellaneous parts. I know I don’t want to see people keep bumping ads and clutter the thread up with it.

I would be very careful with the 3s lipo. Had the same truck, esc lasted about 3 days before I over-did on the 3s and shorted it out. Traxxas did replace it for me, but I didn't feel like replacing the esc again, or getting different batteries, so now I have a castle creations setup.

We did get the traxxas esc fans and integy motor fans to help and they seem to work amazingly and the motor temp has been staying way down along with the esc. All we’ve done is destroy rear tires

That does help a lot. Going with the castle creations Mamba X and 2400kV motor on 3s makes for a beast of truck, although all that power cascaded into a pile of other aftermarket parts to handle it. The MIP x-duty axles were pretty much a necessity. My whole setup is kind of a tank weight wise now, if I had to redo it I would've stuck with 2s and tried to make it a little more lightweight. Here's a pic of how it sets now, just wish Pro-Line made a taco body!

Got mine all lit up for night driving, my buddy did his the same. I need to add brake lights or chase lights

If anyone is wondering it’s an Oreilly’s 4” led light bar that came in packs of 2 on their pimp your ride isle. I used 3 zip ties to mount it on the front bumper (ghetto rigged I know) but it works for now:muscleflexing:

And the blue light is another one of their self adhering led strips similar to the ones you put on the back of your tv. Just ran it down the center of the chassis

Hell yes I saw that proline tundra body the other day! And castle motors are beast! We’re gonna build these out with all rpm parts and proline shocks and proline body mounts. Then we may do another build with an lcg chassis with castle motor just for a little variety. So far with what we both have including batteries and extra wheels and parts and what parts are ordered we’re already $800+ into it each:bananadead:

It destroys a set of rear tires on the concrete in just one weekend. And my buddy put the larger gear on his motor for a higher top end. The truck literally takes flight so we had to trim out part of the front and rear window to keep it on the ground. Before trimming, the shell acted like a parachute

Finally finished painting the lips and swapping rings on my 1.9 Monsters, and stretched a couple 1.7 MTR’s onto them. The tread on the 1.7 MTR’s looks a lot better than the 1.9’s. The 1.7’s seem slightly taller though :notsure:. I need to move the rear axle back a bit.

May have been a garage sale or backroom find. Cool nonetheless.
