I don't have a problem with doing that lmao. It's the wife. Still trying to prove to her that spending 1400 on " just a tent" was worth the money. She isn't buying the idea of a rtt keeps us off the ground from scorpions and black mamba snakes lol. Think I might buy her one of those women pee in a bottle funnels. Hmm.... her birthday is coming up lmfao

I'm sure if I asked her she could come up with a long list of things that I have wasted money on. But she is the one that gets a new car challenger every few years. 50 grand for a car you can only drive 3-4 months of the year. Although we just got back from toronto a day I seen 4 challengers on the 401.

3" lift. $10K in TRD options. Richie's semi-hidden bumper, and soon his Elka suspension
I have a 285/75/16 under my bed. Didn't fit with the trailer hitch, but I have a custom steel rear bumper with a built in hitch mount.
Spare fits fine. I think it's about 4" from the exhaust. Not sure how different the 3rd gen would be.

    Which are you doing?
    255 or 285.

I have 600lbs and sag like fuck with skids and sliders . Even more with the second battery.

I feel with skids and any bumper 700s are required.

And I'm pretty certain with 285 you'll need to cut.

I had to cut a lot and flatten pinch weld with my 285 and roughly 2" of lift. So did @Jake4848.

I think it's safe to say if you're not prepared to cut don't go to 285.
    Wheel offset also matters .
But if your want to try a 285 70 17 on 0mm offset you're welcome to swing by one day and try on one of mine

    With a little modification yes.

I had to remove the tire lift and redrill/Mount it a little further back as much as I could basically. Which was about an inch or so.
Then hammer the guide on the drivers side basically flat or far forward.

Otherwise I was hitting the registration l exhaust and diff pumpkin

I think 255s are a lot easier to fit as it's the width that's the issue for 285.

Wheel spacers are for clearing bigger shocks in the rear and UCA up front. Further out you move the wheel more likely you are to hit body Mount.

And spacers are hard on wheel bearings. It's best to not run them at all.
