Iphone 3g 16GB

I have a year old iphone 3g 16 GB Jailbroken and Unlocked. The screen is perfect and still has original screen protector on it, the back has seen better days its scratched from the case I had it in.

I've seen 8gb's go for over 250 and 16gb's go for well over 300. Since you already unlocked it you should get alot more for it, not sure what the deal is since it only takes like 3 minutes to jailbreak and unlock.
Iphones on ebay fluctuate wildly...here is what i got, I unlocked it and i'm using it on tmobile.
