It's ready! At least ours is.

    roast ribeye plated.jpg

Son likes his well done. So cut half of it off and cut that in half of the thickness to put back on. As much as it pained me to put perfectly cooked Prime Rib back on the grill. But that is how he likes it.

Should be a law against cooking prime rib anymore than that.

Putting 3 racks of ribs on the smoker when I get back from shooting skeet tomorrow. I'll stop and pick up a few more racks on the way home

Just got out of work and waiting in line at car wash, don't mind waiting. Cellphone makes the wait easy. Well, the wife sends me a text. There are 4wheeler track going across the yard. UPS dropped off box for us at neighbors. So neigbhor has to drive it over. Can't use the road and driveway. WTF :notsure:

I just might do the same tomorrow or if I leave at noon I should get to your place in time for dinner.,,,, :)

Lazy Saturday. Just left the gun show...nothing we couldn't live without or afford. It's around 50 degrees and starting/trying to rain...still in short sleeves. Hoping we get a soft rain so it soaks in the sand in my backyard so the tractor gets around better. Of course the weight of the wet sand may be too much for the tractor and it may spin anyway....we'll see. I'll try to get him over Monday.
