    TRD SPort is a package that has a larger diameter sway bar, 17" wheels, and some other features it shares with the Off Road modle. It has a LS Diff, as opposed to a Locking diff. The SR5 is a convinience package (IIRC).

    TRD Sport means you probably have color match mirrors and bumpers, a hood scoop, 17 inch rims, a 27mm sway bar, a limited slip differential in the rear, some nice seats, and some decals.
    The SR5 is trim/convenience package.
    Prerunner means you have the same suspension as a 4x4 without the front drive line
    and the V6-self explanatory I hope.

    Welcome to the board!!

    TRD = toyota racing devlopment
    Sport = Hood Scoop, matching color door handles- bumpers- grille surround
    SR5 = More trimming
    Pre-Runner = 2 wheel Drive that sits like a 4x4

    I have the same model and as far as I can tell it does not have LSD (Limited Slip differential.)

    What it has is a traction control system that runs off the electronic stability control system, which applies the brake on the wheel which loses traction first, until they are both turning.

    But mine is also a 2009 model, so perhaps they changed things. Did the 2007 have stability control?

    The '07's had a "real" LS diff.

    I think all the 09 models had the "Auto-LSD" versus the mechanical LSD right??

    So in theory you get both an LSD and a locker when you buy a 09 or 10 TRD offroad...

    Yeha, but its more of "Traction control" rather than an LS Diff.

    09 plus Off Roads also have ATRAC - Just used it this weekend. It is pretty cool and you don't have to be that knowledgeable about how lockers work to be able to get the type of end results that lockers provide! All the practical parts of a locker without the risk of damage. I still like what lockers can do (ATRAC will never replace being able to lock up the front only - allows you to reposition your truck in ways that locked/locked wouldn't let you).
