    Used a sharpie to mark the holes then drilled slowly. It took me longer to position the Perfect Squeeze than it did to install the dsm. I’m glad to have reclaimed my vent.

    So I pmed AJ yesterday but have not heard back, so I will ask you guys since there was no instructions or parts list...

    Drilled my holes based on the vid and others info, went to install but then realized I must be missing stuff or we are we supposed to buy it ourselves? Guess I should have looked first.

    In the pic below, I got the ball with screw, however it doesn’t really screw into the silver piece, it fells like it’s the wrong thread pitch, and instead of the two nice black flat screws for either side, I got one hex screw. Also, neither the ball screw nor the hex screw ‘fits’ through the black piece. Did you all have to enlarge those holes?

    I bought a full kit from him and got it yesterday so just need to know if it was supposed to have everything or we are supposed to source it ourselves?

    Looks like you're missing two sets of a counter sunk screw and nut that attaches the top and bottom plates.

    Agree, instructions and parts list should be included.
