It gets a lot of looks but with the amount of Toyotas being built around here it's not really that unusual.

 

That's some nice hardware. What was the damage for both?

 

I bought the MD5GP a week after release so I paid $189 to the only one that had one in stock. You can get them around $169 or maybe a little less now. They also have one without the GPS for $149.

The TM-D710 was $557 but it should keep me satisfied for a long time. There’s not too much it doesn’t do. I can send and receive text messages with it along with seeing what other hams are around me. It can also take me to them. Receives everything from aviation to ham radio on it.

 

Stud came out easy, new one went in easy also. They gave me the wrong size lug nut, back I go.

 

I went to the nearest auto parts store, the two dumbest people in Austin work there. I’ll go the extra mile and go to O’Reilly, they have never done me wrong.

 

When I get back I’ll need to adjust my e brake, don’t want my truck rolling out of the driveway again. Hopefully I won’t break anything else.

 

O'Reilly's on Stassney Lane near Chads house, the people in there seemed pretty chill, went in and just bought one bottle of water cause I was thirsty.

 

Didn’t work. I haven’t looked it up for the second gen yet, but that’s what I’d do in my first gen.

My e brake has always been sketchy. It doesn’t engage until the last click, even then it can roll. If you forget to put it in gear it can roll right out of your driveway.

What I carry out in the field

 

It’s universal.
There’s a way to adjust the cable under the console. My cable may be stretched.

 

I’ll end breaking whatever clips hold the console in.

 

Almost 11 years old my truck , never used the e brake once (auto) now I’m afraid too if I ever need it
