 Here too although I'm a bit better than yesterday. Daughter came home from work yesterday with it too. She's pretty much down and out.

Yeah, I woke up this morning and feel like someone threw me down a flight of stairs face first. It seems like it’s definitely making its rounds....I suppose that’s why they call it flu season.

Glad to hear you’re a bit better. You shouldn’t be sick around your birthday.

We have a shed attched to our carport that we store crap in. I backed my wife's car out so I could open the shed door to put up our Christmas tree. Then I came inside. Left the car running in the driveway. Totally forgot about it. 30 minutes later my wife wanted to know why her car is backed up and running.
Is this how the ending begins?

We considered doing the snowbird thing. Its still an option. ID is def on the list of places to check out.

Not at this time. Its a possibility for later though.

Current real possibility is a small condo (again for the upkeep when we're not there) and living abroad for 4-6 months a year. We love to travel. Going on 1-3 week vacations can get expensive. We also prefer to live/shop/dine like locals. We figure getting an apartment in (insert whatever country here) for a few months would give us that opportunity. It would also be much cheaper than trying to visit when travel is most expensive (summers, holidays) and see the local traditions. For example, Hogmany is Edinburgh is high on the list.

You're good. You know the end is closer when you back the neighbor's car out of their carport....

    Nope...
    Called overload..

I did that stuff 40 years ago...

Blame it on a quiet exhaust.
    Phone call.
    Honey do list.
    Christmas overload.
You can fight and win...

My wife blames in on too many Diet Cokes. So I switched to Diet Pepsi. Doesn't seem to help.
    Edit: I never win.

Evening All:hattip:heading in for day3 nites at the Circus. my new crew is all young with potential but DAMN they tear some stuff up! left this morning exhausted and my machines never went down once. one guy knocked a pusher chain out of its track. and one got the clamp jaws out of center with the radius iron that puts the joint on back of a hard cover book.never seen either in 35 yrs. guess who fixed both? have a good evening!!
