Precisely why I turn off/disable GPS and location services.

I (we) already leave a detailed digital trail...don't need to leave an actual trail.

I couldn’t find anything on YouTube about gaining access to the e brake adjustment, so I just pulled the cup holder out. This is going to be easy!

 

You’ll need a swivel head wrench. My e brake now works like it should. This is a 15 minute job for a manual.

 

I thought you adjusted them at the drums first?

 

Most of the adjustment is made at the drum...not the console. Unless something has gone wrong, adjusting the shoes correctly should be all you need

That’s what I thought. Then if that didn’t get them adjusted enough you went to adjust the cable.

 

The e brake has never worked. I thought replacing the rear brakes, and of course adjusting, would’ve worked, it didn’t. The cable can become loose/stretched and should be adjusted under the console.
