I've either gotta kill another deer or slow down on this burger... Hamburger steak (little worcheshire, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, jalapeno powder, and a crumbled up hotdog bun) with some mushroom gravy, butter and bacon grease, a splash of worcheshire, a can of mushrooms, flour and some beef bouillon broth.

Quick teriyaki-ish beef bowl. Ass tired when i got home, dug around the fridge and freezer to see what I could find. Sad looking ribeye in the freezer, half bag of “Asian vegetables”, and partial bottle of soy vay. And a small can of water chestnuts in the pantry. Longest part was the brown rice. :notsure:

Friday was grilled lamb chops, brats and grilled sandwich.

Weekend cooking often lack vegetables. Withdrawal symptoms coming up LOL. For some reason we eat healthier during the week, and let go a little over the weekend.

Skinned and deboned a turkey leg and thigh (picked up an extra at thanksgiving when they were $.49 per lb) and double floured em and let em soak in a hot oil bath for a few mins... Vid will be in 2 weeks probably.

We cook a full home cooked meal every night with at least 2 veggies and just a regular meat portion. I guess weekends we concentrate more on big chunks of meat on the grill and maybe a baked potato and then there is not much room left on the plate for more veggies.
Everyone in the family are big meat eaters, but we also do love fruits and veggies. As a rule we eat healthy.

1st attempt at hassleback tater. And a failed attempt at Salisbury Steak. Patties were falling apart so I chopped them up and made salisbury gravy.
