The small lighting cable sits up by the gauges when not in use and is plugged into the USB. like I mentioned this location isn’t for everyone but I’ve ran it in all three of my Truck’s and like it.

Installed the pop & lock, now I got a power locking tail gate. Definitely worth the $80 from Amazon!

Super easy to install, just followed Taco Twonz YouTube video.

De-badged and de-stickered. Definitely prefer the look. Considering maybe Line-X-ing the step bars. Kinda want to keep them, but I don’t want any chrome. I also used the heat gun to reshape the front mudflaps and I can now turn lock to lock on 265/70-17’s and spidertrax without rubbing. Should be really good to go once lifted.

switched out the chrome exhaust tip for the black chrome one last week, but then the pipe looked weird. took the tip off today and hit it with some black hi-temp paint. I'll probably put the tip back on in a few days after the paint cures.

I used this on my predator steps. It has been on about 10 months and looks the same as day one. Not sure about applying to chrome but I "assume" it would be fine.

I bought a quart, did 2 coats and had enough left over to do the inside of my lawn mower cart.

I edited my post since you replied. Love the position of the phone myself. Super handy. Just trying to help with wire clean up.

If you like the location of your wire, so be it.

No help here but we got my clips back in. I think we just got lucky. It does take some patience. I do remember that we did it by hand, no tools. And my buddy has smaller hands and managed it. Good luck and I'm sure it will work out for you.

I am going to do something about the rivets, not sure what. I like em, just not chrome.

No idea about the sensor. I don't have one so I'm not sure what they look like.

At just $99, I may pick one up just to see if I can make it work on my '19. Please let me know if you find an easy way to make the rivets black.

Productive day. Took a week off work and went ham on buying parts. Today. Finished Clazzio rear seats. Been driving with just the front for like 3months.... Put on tonneu cover. And got like 10 little things in the mail that I ordered. Fire extinguisher. Pepper spray. Pouch with velcro. Storage devider. And some other little crap. In the mail and should be here tomorrow: Gibson Exhaust. 5100s. Heres few pics of todays little things. The velcro pouch thing is cool, sits right next to my leg and has my knife, pepperspray, and flashlight. I know its little things but its cool making this truck little more personal to me, my wife thinks Im stupid but its fun to me :)

I wish it wasn’t so, but there just doesn’t seem to be a high quality USB outlet that fit into those cutouts. They are all the same Chinese junky ports. I installed 1 in my wife’s FJ, & it barely holds a usb plug.

Is that an owl camera-specific mount?
